Can I return something if I don't like it?
Of course you can, if for any reason you are not thrilled with your new purchase, follow the the "no Stress" instructions on our Returns page. Don't forget to let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or credit note.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
Orders placed prior to 4PM AEST on any business day, will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next business day. An email will be sent notifying you that your purchases have ben shipped, your email will also include a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel. Do you pass my details on to a third party?
No, Never!! Your contact details are only ever used by us to fulfil your order and to send you cool and awesome stuff from time to time, you are able to opt out of this during the checkout process if you prefer.
